My Story
I am a husband and a father of two. I am a coach and a teacher going on twelve years of doing what I love, and that's showing people of all ages and backgrounds how they can take control of their minds and bodies. It wasn't until college that I realized how important physical fitness was to me. I began my fitness journey with martial arts, studying and practicing Wing Chun Kung Fu, Boxing, Muay Thai,
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Wrestling in southern Illinois. I found confidence and
motivation in the learning and conditioning process. I competed multiple times in amateur mixed martial arts, coming out with a win each time. Those wins felt great, but I believe that it's the little wins we can experience each day that truly make a profound difference in our lives.
