My name is Nick Plefka and I am the owner and Lead Coach here at MOYT Fitness.

It is my goal to show individuals how they can be the best version of themselves by making fitness a manageable part of their lives.

My Story

I am a husband and a father of two. I am a coach and a teacher going on twelve years of doing what I love, and that's showing people of all ages and backgrounds how they can take control of their minds and bodies. It wasn't until college that I realized how important physical fitness was to me. I began my fitness journey with martial arts, studying and practicing Wing Chun Kung Fu, Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Wrestling in southern Illinois. I found confidence and motivation in the learning and conditioning process. I competed multiple times in amateur mixed martial arts, coming out with a win each time. Those wins felt great, but I believe that it's the little wins we can experience each day that truly make a profound difference in our lives.

I work to serve others and show people how they can make the process that is physical fitness a truly beneficial part of their everyday routines. Between coaching, family time, teaching, and taking care of myself, I'm no stranger to a busy lifestyle. That's why I created an effective way to get in great shape at home, or on the go even with limited time. No equipment necessary! My approach combines bodyweight exercises (calisthenics), boxing technique and full body conditioning to provide comprehensive weekly workout programs that work. I want to show you how you can add something to your life that will take away stress, build strength, develop focus and teach you how to Move On Your Time.
